She played a nun in Night Train to Bolina, the ‘Stage Doorman’ in a professionally directed production of Kiss Me Kate, and a deranged librarian in a bilingual piece entitled Le Phantome du College St.Jude. In March 2004, Sarah returned from a three-year stint teaching English in South Korea. While in Korea, she appeared on a quiz show for foreigners on KBS. In February 2003, she became heavily involved behind the scenes with an independent film being shot in Seoul. Among the many hats she wore, she was responsible for continuity and had the position of production assistant. Nick Hehn (Set Designer)Born and raised in the wilderness of South Western Ontario, Nick Hehn made the unfortunate decision to excel in the creative arts instead of math or science. Nick moved to Toronto to attend the University of Toronto and Sheridan College. During that time, he toiled in relative obscurity, amusing his friends with caricatures and comics, until he gained some notoriety for a series of bawdy illustrations. Later, Nick worked in animation doing storyboards, then moved to the imprinted sportswear industry. His screen-printing work graces both the backs and fronts of some of the finer recreational hockey teams across North America and Japan. This is Nick’s first foray into theatre, but he brings with him a wellspring of knowledge regarding textiles and solid design, as well as a healthy sense of humour. While Nick suffers for his art, it usually manifests as sleep deprivation and he has yet to cut his own ear off. Joey Morin (Sound Designer)Recent design credits include: The Laramie Project (Studio 180 in association with Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, 2004), Spring Awakening (Randolph Academy, 2002), Life Out Loud (Adrenaline Productions, 2001), Cinema Inferno (ICASTICO, 2000), The Recurring Dream (Hard Time [T.O. Fringe], 2000) and Doris Does Damage (Toronto Fringe, 1999). Other credits include Multimedia Installation Designer on The Crucible (Randolph Academy, 2003), and Sound Recordist on This Beggar's Description (Tetrault Productions, 2002) and Doris Does Damage [Live at Second City] (...and you're not that pretty productions, 2001). His next creative endeavour will be as Sound Design for the upcoming Studio 180 production The Passion of the Chris: A Scourge of Plays by Christopher Durang for the Toronto Fringe Festival. He. is also, among other things, photographer, computer consultant and technician both in theatre and other areas. Although not seen in a while, he hopes to appear on stage again soon. He is very happy to be taking part in this important, topical new work.
